Maggs won the Governor General's Award in Visual and Media Arts in 2006. He is 83 years old, as productive and creative as ever, and well worth collecting.
ok, well, i'm still on mac system 9.2... using photoshop 6.0... illustrator 8... dial-up and no cell phone (ah! now there's perfection!) ...is that close? A.K., you gave me a concept idea! How about a series of portraits, not unlike Maggs profiles, showing frustrated interlog-dial-up users... we're a dying breed! am i jumping on that obsolescence bandwagon? ps. couldn't manage to post this comment using dial-up... would you be so kind? :)
